The Murray Darling Association, supported the 5th Annual Water Symposium and the 2nd Annual Water Leaders Congress, both held in February 2010.

The Murray Darling Association 65th National Conference and AGM

The Murray Darling Association conducted its 65th National Conference and AGM at the Playford Civic Centre Adelaide on September the 2nd, 3rd and 4th 2009.
The Conference titled 'Water Innovation- Challenging the Drought' addressed the challenges:
- How do we all adjust to less available water?
- Can we change our lifestyle to live with more frequent drought?
- What water innovations will assist in greater efficiencies of water collection, distribution and reuse?

Goondiwindi National Water Forum
The Goondiwindi National Water Forum was a huge success tackling the issue of Water Management in correlation to the 'Water for the Future' program. Speakers included Senator the Hon Penny Wong Minister for Climate Change and Water, Senator Nick Xenophon SA and many more.
Dubbo National Weeds Forum
The Murray Darling Association held a National Weeds Conference at the Dubbo City Council Administration Building.
The forum explored the sometimes competing objectives of vegetation conservation and weed management for economic and environmental outcomes.
