Basin Communities Leadership Program

MDA Basin Communities Leadership Program

What's it all about?

The Basin Communities Leadership Program is an exciting 24-month initiative focused on building leadership capacity throughout the Murray-Darling Basin communities.

This Program has specifically been developed by the Murray Darling Association to assist Basin communities during an era of unprecedented changes to our local economies, industries and natural resources; namely the evolving reliance of community economies, productivityhealth and prosperity on water since the changes to water legislation by the Australian Government.

The Leadership Program will enhance selected members of each community with increased leadership skills and access to resources which will help the emerging leaders with local, community focussed projects and initiatives into the future.

For more information download the information flyer here.
